2.2 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
.1 We only offer Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 8-10 business days from the date
of dispatch.
3.2 Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location, the shipping method
selected, and external factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, strikes, or natural
disasters.
3.3 Each order can be shipped only to a single address, which is specified at the time of
payment for that order. If you wish to ship to different addresses, you will need to place multiple
orders.
3.4 While MIRA attempts to ship all items in a single order together, this may not always be
possible due to product characteristics or availability.
4. Shipping Charges
4.1 We offer free standard shipping for pre-paid orders.
4.2 For COD orders, shipping fees will be INR 150.
4.3 The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
5.1 Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details. You can
track your order using the tracking number provided.
5.2 If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days of dispatch, please

6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Incomplete or Incorrect Address: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete
shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete
address provided by you.
6.2 Failed Delivery Attempts: If the courier service is unable to deliver your order after multiple
attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for
re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
6.3 Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please
contact us immediately at care.miraswim@gmail.com with images/videos of the packaging as
well as of the product. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue and ensure your
satisfaction.
6.4 If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with before delivery,
please refuse to take delivery of the package and write us an email on
care.miraswim@gmail.com mentioning your order ID.
7. Customs and Import Duties
7.1 All orders are shipped within India, and no customs or import duties are applicable for
domestic orders.
