Returns & Exchange Policy

At MIRA ("we," "our," or "us"), we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and
a seamless shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, this Returns & Exchange Policy outlines the process for returning or exchanging items purchased from our website [www.mira.com] ("Site").

1. Eligibility for Returns


1.1 Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
● Products marked as "Final Sale" on the product page.
● Swimwear items; At MIRA, we prioritize the health and safety of our customers. Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any swimwear items. This policy is in place to ensure that all our products remain hygienic and safe for every customer.


1.2 Time Frame: You may return any eligible product within 5-7 business days of the delivery date.


1.3 Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and labels attached. The product must also be returned in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

2.1 Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at care.miraswim@gmail.com within the return window. Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2.2 Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return
Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the item back to us.


2.3 Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


2.4 Return Address: All returns should be sent to the address provided in the return authorization instructions.

3. Refunds

3.1 Inspection and Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 10–14 business days. If approved, a store credit will be processed.


3.2 Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a store credit yet, then please contact us at care.miraswim@gmail.com.


4. Exchanges


4.1 Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or defects within 5-7 business days of delivery, subject to product availability.


4.2 Exchange Process: To request an exchange, please contact our customer service at care.miraswim@gmail.com with your order details. If the requested item is available, we will reserve it for you and provide instructions for returning the original item.


4.3 Shipping for Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item due to a defect or our error, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you. For all other exchanges, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.


5. Damaged or Defective Items
5.1 Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery, at care.miraswim@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective product.


5.2 Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by issuing a store credit, sending a replacement, or offering an exchange, depending on the nature of the problem.


6. Customs and Import Duties
6.1 Domestic Orders: As all orders are shipped within India, no customs or import duties are applicable.
